A day in the life:As a Fist Charge Mortgage Adviser, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Collaborating with industry experts, you'll build meaningful relationships and contribute to our shared mission of financial empowerment.You’ll be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high attention to detail and great people skills.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with the New Business team to take qualified leads
  • Skilfully navigating the financial landscape of your customer to source the most suitable products tailored to requirements
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of lender criteria, to ensure precise suitability
  • Delivering impactful sales calls, providing well-researched recommendations rooted in comprehensive product knowledge
  • Collaborating closely with lenders to facilitate smooth case processing
  • Working in tandem with the Case Management team to work cases towards successful completion
  • Proactively following up on leads and diligently chasing cases for updates
  • Achieving minimum targets with meticulous care and attention
  • Staying abreast of evolving FCA requirements and industry changes
