Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location: Farnworth

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: 25,000 - 26,000
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are routed and utilised effectively while meeting customer requirements on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, managing bookings, and communicating effectively with customers.
- Confirming services via phone and email.
- Wasted journey reporting, re booking, and rescheduling services.
- Conducting driver debriefs and monitoring driver KPIs.
- Generating customer reports and updating systems daily.
- Accurate data input onto Excel and internal systems.
- Building effective relationships with customers, sub-contractors, drivers, and internal teams (Transport Manager and Fleet Manager).

Requirements:
- Location: Farnworth (must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting).
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (required).
- Experience:
- Transport office.
- Administrative experience.
