Description
- Oversee the day-to-day transport operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant transport laws and regulations
- Lead and motivate the transport team to meet company objectives
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage relationships with external transport providers
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Prepare and present transport operation reports
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems
Profile
A successful Transport Manager should have:
- A transport managers CPC
- Proven experience in a transport management role
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary between £50,000 - £57,000
- Opportunity for a 10% bonus
