In regard to our client, they are a renowned insurance/claims company who are specialists within motor, property and commercial claims.
Motor Claims Handler duties:
- Handle First Notification of Loss Motor Claims
- Manage a varied caseload of FNOL claims via telephones
- Effectively prioritise own FNOL Call load and manage customer expectations
- Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
- Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
- Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
- Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
