The key responsibilities of an Central Operations Admin candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Report to the Central Operations team.
- Data input into internal & external systems.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Checking staff ID meets safer recruitment requirements.
- Manage outbound email.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and database.
- DBS check for personnel.
- Support team members in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all procedures comply with company regulations and professional standards.
Profile
A successful Central Operations Admin should have:
