Our client has been around since the 19th century, working across a diverse range of sectors that include Nuclear, Infrastructure, Defence & Security, Oil and Gas, Aviation and more! They offer a range of security solutions, and have worked with recognisable names such as Network Rail, INEOS and Balfour Beatty.

They're now looking for an entry level Marketing Executive to help shape their outbound strategy - you'll be coming in and enjoying the mutual support of the team's Marketing lead nationally, and will be enrolled onto a marketing specific, L&D course to upskill you across the full marketing mix within a working environment!

Role:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Content to oversee the daily operations of the CRM system, HubSpot, including managing marketing campaigns by building emails, scheduling social media posts, and ensuring the contact database remains up-to-date and GDPR-compliant.
  • Write both short- and long-form content, including weekly marketing emails, social media posts, blogs, website copy, and PPC ad content.
  • Design visual content using Canva, such as banners for marketing emails, social media graphics, and blog images.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Content with the annual events calendar by supporting the marketing and logistical efforts before, during, and after each event.
  • You'll be enrolled on an L&D qualification that is worth in excess of £10k, to earn as you learn and set you up for success!

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in an engineering or related discipline, OR relevant technical experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, with demonstrable copywriting and graphic design skills
  • Proactive and a desire to learn
  • Takes ownership and accountability, manages time well and is an effective communicator
