We’re hiring for a Production Technician to join an innovative manufacturing business at their state-of-the-art facility in Salford.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in assembling and inspecting products that make a difference in industries worldwide.

What will you be doing as a Production Technician?
- Assembling pre-builds, sub-assemblies, and finished goods following detailed procedures
- Picking required components from stock using ERP systems
- Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitoring and managing stock levels and participating in regular stock takes
- Assisting in goods-in processes, including checking and storing parts
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Identifying areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency
What do you need?
- HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience/qualification
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong soldering skills and ability to fault find in both electrical and mechanical assemblies
- Knowledge of health and safety, quality, and build standards
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- IT literacy and the ability to work efficiently within a team
