We’re hiring for a Production Technician to join an innovative manufacturing business at their state-of-the-art facility in Salford.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in assembling and inspecting products that make a difference in industries worldwide.

What will you be doing as a Production Technician?

  • Assembling pre-builds, sub-assemblies, and finished goods following detailed procedures
  • Picking required components from stock using ERP systems
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels and participating in regular stock takes
  • Assisting in goods-in processes, including checking and storing parts
  • Adhering to all health and safety protocols and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Identifying areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency

What do you need?

  • HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Strong soldering skills and ability to fault find in both electrical and mechanical assemblies
  • Knowledge of health and safety, quality, and build standards
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • IT literacy and the ability to work efficiently within a team
