Job Description

JDR Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support their clients CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the executive team. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Event Planning: Organize and oversee company events and executive functions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an industrial environment.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attributes: High degree of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Driving license: Short distance travel between different company sites will be required occasionally
