Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled Clinical Coding Lead to join their team. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality coding services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and timely coding of medical records using ICD-10 and OPCS4.
  • Resolving coding queries with clinicians and managing complex cases.
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Coding Management Team on coding operations, audits, and training programs.
  • Leading clinical coding team, improvement projects and enhancing documentation and data quality.
  • Mentoring and training junior coders and supporting professional development.

Qualifications:
