Square Peg Associates are working with a Professional Services company based in Bolton that are looking for a HRBP / Senior HR Adviser to join them. The work is hybrid, splitting time between the office and home. (following initial training period)
The role is based in Bolton / Car owner is essential due to occasional travel to other offices.
You'll be required to build strong relationships with employees, team leaders and senior management.
The role as a HR Business Partner will involve the following:-
- Provide accurate guidance in order to support, influence and challenge as appropriate and in line with HR policies
- Identify needs for change management and champion related activities
- Work with hiring managers and directors on recruitment needs for the business
- Support Senior Management with retention and employee engagement strategies
- Drive a performance culture through identifying & facilitating development targets and initiatives, as well as coaching managers on any performance issues
- Project management and implementation of a variety of HR initiatives
- Support talent sourcing, recruitment and succession planning
- Help to drive the vision, mission and culture of the business forward
Candidates suitable for this Human Resources opportunity will:
- Have at least 4/5 years of experience in a HR role, ideally working closely with the MD and company Directors in a HR leadership role.
- Have a solution-orientated mindset
- Be flexible and have a problem-solving character
- Have strong analytical skills
- Confident decision-making qualities
- Excellent communication style
