Brook Street are seeking a highly organised and proactiveAdministrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing member-related communications, maintaining case records, and providing essential administrative support to our team.
Hours:
9 - 5 Monday - Friday.
This is a hybrid position where you will be required to go into the office twice a week but will required to go in 5 days initially.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient diary management for designated team members, ensuring timely and professional updates are communicated to members regarding the progress of their cases.
- Maintain up-to-date electronic records
- Liaise with other stakeholders
You Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Diary Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel mainly)
