Are you an Administrator looking for a new part time job opportunity, with an interest in HR? Mpeople are currently working with a well-established international supply business in Bolton. The company has multiple sites and works worldwide, you will be based at the Bolton office. You will be rewarded with a company that supports staff’s personal growth with career progression: Hours are flexible over 2.5 days or 3 days per week as this a part time role 15 -22 hours per week, national minimum wage, salary is up to 13,087.36 per annum.

Administrator Duties: 

  • Assist with HR administration.
  • Maintain and update employee records using inhouse systems and database.
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening and arranging interviews.
  • Take part in the onboarding of new staff, support inductions and exit interviews.
  • Internal and external call handling.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries, directing them to the appropriate team members as necessary.
  • Prepare various HR reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Provide support with office-related tasks, including any additional duties as and when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company procedures and protocols.

Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience with an administrative role is essential, training will be given in all other aspects of the role.
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines essential. 
  • Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy, confident in record keeping and updating documents.  Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
  • Required experience of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to build rapport quickly and be a team player.
