Part Time Office Administrator - based in the BL6/BL7 area of Bolton

About the Role

Due to growing demands of the company we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced part time office administrator to work 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday between 8.30am - 5pm. This role is a varied role working with booking out engineers. Organising diaries and dealing with the email inbox.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration
  • Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
  • Scheduling engineers’ diaries and maintenance visits
  • Keeping records up to date, including training and compliance documents
  • Coordinating callouts and submitting engineer reports
  • Processing holiday requests and assisting with HR admin
  • Ordering office supplies and managing expenses
  • Sending health and safety/insurance documentation when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Five GCSEs (A-C), including Maths & English
  • A confident telephone manner, as you’ll interact with customers and colleagues daily
  • A friendly and approachable personality with strong customer service skills
  • Experience in a service-based environment is beneficial but not essential – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • IT proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (training can be provided)
