Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the BL5 area. This full-time, long-term Primary Teacher role is to start as soon as possible and will involve teaching a Key Stage 1 class. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of a permanent contract in the future.

About the Primary Teacher Role:* The Primary Teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to a Key Stage 1 class.* The Primary Teacher will create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning.* The Primary Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure each pupil achieves their potential.* The Primary Teacher will monitor pupil progress, contribute to assessments, and be actively involved in school life.* The Primary Teacher will uphold the school's values and provide high-quality teaching aligned with the national curriculum.

The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching in UK primary schools.* Be a confident and creative Primary Teacher with effective behaviour management strategies.* Have experience in Key Stage 1 or a strong desire to develop expertise in that area.* Be a Primary Teacher with a flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach.* Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners.* Be confident in adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.

Primary Teacher Requirements:* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).* Two professional references covering the last three years.* The right to work in the UK.* A strong commitment to making a positive impact as a Primary Teacher.
