About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the Bolton area. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is passionate about inspiring young learners and fostering a supportive and engaging classroom environment.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, planning and assessing engaging lessons, and supporting pupils in achieving their full potential. You will play a key role in shaping children's educational experiences, ensuring they develop confidence and essential skills for their future learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements.
  • Differentiate learning to support all pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture where pupils feel safe and valued.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil learning.
  • Maintain effective behaviour management strategies to foster a productive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and take part in extracurricular activities where possible.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and best teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
