Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with SEN, contributing to their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff to implement personalised education plans (IEPs) and employ effective support strategies tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment, prioritising the social and emotional well-being of students.
  • Assist in classroom activities, ensuring an enriching and supportive atmosphere for all learners.
  • Maintain transparent communication with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supporting individuals with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a sincere interest in addressing the distinctive needs of learners.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
