The Role
As an experienced Production Supervisor you will be supporting the Production Manager to manage the entire production process, ensuring products are manufactured to a high quality whilst adhering to H & S Standards. Experience in LogiKal in a processing / production environment or experience within a manufacturing role with aluminium is essential for this role.
The Production Supervisor position will involve but not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage the production team to meet operational targets
- Ensure compliance of all safety and quality standards across the production
- Work with other departs to develop and implement production schedules to maximise resource and meet production dead lines
- Train, mentor and support production staff so that they achieve both company and personal goals.
- Analyse production data and work on continuous improvement strategies.
Experience
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following experience
- Experience in using LogiKal in a Processing/Production environment.
- Experience in aluminium Windows and Doors Production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and people management Skills.
- Be effective in team leadership and staff development.
- Experience in analysing data and working on continuous improvements.
- Strong understanding of safety management and quality assurance practices.
