Role: ASSISTANT CENTRE MANAGER

Location: THE WELLSPRINGS, BOLTON

Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 0830 - 1700

Join Boltons' first Innovation Centre, The Wellsprings, located in central Bolton. This contemporary space combines flexible coworking and traditional offices, designed to support modern businesses and entrepreneurs.

Role Overview:

  • Position: Full-time Assistant Centre Manager (ACM)
  • Reports to: Centre Manager
  • Responsibilities: Facility management, health and safety, customer service, and fostering a thriving community.

Major Objectives:

  • Enhance the centre's profile through marketing and sales.
  • Deliver operational excellence and staff training.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and performance.
  • Oversee operations in the Centre Manager’s absence.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain building standards for cleanliness, health, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, procurement, and contractor relationships.
  • Uphold GDPR and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote quality service through tenant feedback.
  • Support financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Assist with team management and training.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to generate revenue.

Experience Required:

  • Operational management experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and IT skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £27,000 - £29,000, based on experience.
  • Contributory pension of up to 5%
