We are working alongside a well established Social Housing Contractor who specialise in roofing work to tenanted properties, both flat roofing and pitched roofing.

As a result of growth and being awarded new contracts, they have a new position available within the company for a Compliance/Quality Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This will be based from their companies Greater Manchester offices and will require travel across the North West to the company's active sites which are located in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Flintshire regions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to make their own mark on the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing clear quality processes which are adhered to on each site.
  • Ensuring Site Managers are following the correct processes, including ensuring photographic documentation is recorded by site teams and uploaded to IAuditor.
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with site teams to ensure processes are followed and their is understanding of what is required throughout the business.
  • Assisting with Scaffolding being handed over.
  • Assisting with ISO9001 (already achieved by the business) audits and implementation throughout the business.
