I am currently in the market for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a busy regional building contractor in the Greater Manchester region. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are in the market to add to their commercial teams with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. They would like a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Quantity Surveyor to come and join their commercial team. The candidate they are looking for will be driven and keen to learn and thrive in their busy fast paced environment.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally have some experience within social housing new builds.
My clients spread of contracts range from 4million up to around 15million. Those Assistant Quantity Surveyors with experience working for a housing contractor would be particularly advantageous.
My client does work across variety of sectors education, heritage and Commercial all within new builds. The live scheme in mind is in Bury and is a number of timber frame housing and some low rise steel frame apartments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and busy regional with some strong client relationships within the Greater Manchester region. .
Individual Requirements:
Relevant Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar (BSc level or equivalent) or working towards
Construction Industry related experience
