The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key RequirementsTo excel in this role, you will need:
- A Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within highways or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in contract types, such as NEC and JCT.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cost management and financial reporting systems.
- A valid CSCS card and driving license.
