An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Consultant to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Bolton.
My clients are one of the market leaders in Bolton and are keen to add a Lettings Consultant who wants to be a part of their award winning team. The role will be varied and ideally the successful candidate will have some understanding of HMO’s as well as general lettings/ property management.

Lettings Consultant – Duties
- Effectively manage relationships between landlords and tenants.
- Carry out viewings
- Tenant referencing, right to rent check and prepare move in documents
- Move ins
- Inventories
- Carrying out tenant check out’s on HMO rooms and managing return of deposit at the end of tenancies.
- Carrying out inspections and advising landlords/tenants of their requirements.
- Other adhoc duties as per company requirements.
- HMO experience preferred
Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed
- Experience within a similar Lettings role is advantageous
- Sales/ Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
