An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Consultant to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Bolton.

My clients are one of the market leaders in Bolton and are keen to add a Lettings Consultant who wants to be a part of their award winning team. The role will be varied and ideally the successful candidate will have some understanding of HMO’s as well as general lettings/ property management.

Lettings Consultant – Duties

  • Effectively manage relationships between landlords and tenants.
  • Carry out viewings
  • Tenant referencing, right to rent check and prepare move in documents
  • Move ins
  • Inventories
  • Carrying out tenant check out’s on HMO rooms and managing return of deposit at the end of tenancies.
  • Carrying out inspections and advising landlords/tenants of their requirements.
  • Other adhoc duties as per company requirements.
  • HMO experience preferred

Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed

  • Experience within a similar Lettings role is advantageous
  • Sales/ Customer Service experience.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
