Are you an experienced property professional looking for a varied role where you can take full ownership of a portfolio?

We’re looking for a Rental Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties from start to finish, working closely with both tenants and landlords. This role isn’t 100% office-based—you’ll be out and about conducting viewings, inspections, inventories, and check-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

? Managing a portfolio of rental properties? Serving Section 13 & Section 21 notices? Handling tenancy extensions, deposit registrations & renewals? Arranging and conducting viewings & inspections? Liaising with tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth tenancy management
