Residential Lettings Administrator. Bolton. £25,000 p/a 35 hours per week
A successful and well established Lettings firm are looking for an experienced individual to support the management of a newly refurbished building with over 80 studio apartments, based in Bolton. Duties will include;
- Processing lettings enquiries using the CRM system
- Handling check ins and check outs
- Advertising available properties on various platforms
- Handling tenant enquiries and complaints
- Contract renewals
- End of tenancy procedures - deposit returns, stock inventory etc
Previous experience working in Lettings and or Property would be an advantage but not essential. To be essential you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and be able to pick up new systems quickly.
