A leading construction company are seeking to recruit an Property Administrator to work within their open office Team. This company are search for a confident communicator who is professional, able to work well under pressure and contribute within a small team. This role is office-based in Bolton, offering career progression, self-development and along with other great benefits.Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm with 30 minutes lunch break, there can be some flexibility around this if required for the right candidate.
Your new role
As Property Administrator you will be expected to support the wider office team, which will include:
- Administration support
- Customer service support via email, telephone and sometimes face-to-face.
- You will build strong relationships by acting as a liaison between contractors and residents.
- Oversee maintenance requests and update systems information for the Service Manager.
- Organise property viewings (virtual and in-person) for potential residents.
- Arranging move-ins, property tours, and providing information.
- Process agreements, renewing tenancies, and collecting holding fees.
- Manage property inventories, inspections, and updates to our CRM system.
- Assist in planning and running community events.
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries

- A professional and pleasant friendly tone over the phone to clients and customers
