Receptionist/Administrator - Bolton Council

Contract: Initially until 31/01/25 with the option to extend

Location: Central Bolton

Working Hours: Average 23 hours per week, between the hours of 8am-6:15pm. Working on a 3 weekly rolling rota, including working Saturday and Sunday in 1 of every 3 weekends.

This role will be working on the reception of a residential home in Central Bolton, handling general administration.

Duties Include

  • Reception cover
  • Handle administration around admissions and discharges
  • Manage the admissions and discharges book, dashboard and notice board
  • Update the adm/disch list weekly
  • Set up files and folders in electronic and paper format
  • Bed occupancy report
  • Printing and keeping stock of paperwork
  • Label client equipment – if delivered in reception
  • Send/scan email referrals/infor to Health Admin/Partners
  • New client list to laundry, kitchen, front desk
  • Liquid Logic - add contact doc and assign case to SW
  • Discharges
  • Archive files
  • Supporting SW with Standard Letters and generating contracts
