Receptionist/Administrator - Bolton Council
Contract: Initially until 31/01/25 with the option to extend
Location: Central Bolton
Working Hours: Average 23 hours per week, between the hours of 8am-6:15pm. Working on a 3 weekly rolling rota, including working Saturday and Sunday in 1 of every 3 weekends.
This role will be working on the reception of a residential home in Central Bolton, handling general administration.
Duties Include
- Reception cover
- Handle administration around admissions and discharges
- Manage the admissions and discharges book, dashboard and notice board
- Update the adm/disch list weekly
- Set up files and folders in electronic and paper format
- Bed occupancy report
- Printing and keeping stock of paperwork
- Label client equipment – if delivered in reception
- Send/scan email referrals/infor to Health Admin/Partners
- New client list to laundry, kitchen, front desk
- Liquid Logic - add contact doc and assign case to SW
- Discharges
- Archive files
- Supporting SW with Standard Letters and generating contracts
