The Role:

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will handle reception duties while assisting with general administrative tasks. Your experience in a legal environment will be key in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist :

Front Desk Management - Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.Call Handling - Answer, screen, and direct calls efficiently, taking messages as required.Administrative Support - Manage filing, photocopying, mail handling, and other general office tasks.Appointment Scheduling - Coordinate meetings and maintain staff calendars.Client Communication - Handle inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.Data Entry & Document Handling - Maintain accurate records and assist with legal documentation.Office Maintenance - Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a law firm or legal services setting.Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, or document management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).A positive and professional attitude, with a keen attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience using case management software or legal filing systems.Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and phone systems.
