360 Recruitment Consultant - Industrial

Location: Bolton

£25,000 - £34,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Are you a 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for your next challenge? Or a Junior Recruiter ready to step up into a full 360 role? Due to our clients success they are looking to grow their Bolton office, and are looking for a driven and proactive recruiter to join their Industrial team - working across both temp and perm roles.

What’s in It for You?

Competitive Salary:

  • Recruitment Consultant: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • Senior Recruitment Consultant: £28,000 - £34,000 DOE

Uncapped Commission & Bonuses:

  • 10% commission on all perm placements - no threshold!
  • New business bonus scheme (being implemented)
  • Team temp bonus structure

Working Pattern:

  • Office-based role (with some flexibility) hours are 8:30am - 5:00 pm
