This role is perfect for individuals eager to kickstart a career in recruitment or for those with some recruitment experience who are seeking additional training and support. Joining our experienced team, you'll initially focus on fulfilling existing vacancies, with a structured development plan to advance into a comprehensive 360-degree recruitment role.

In this role, you'll gain a deep understanding of these technical areas, supporting the recruitment needs of clients and helping match skilled candidates to positions that keep the railways safe, efficient, and innovative. This experience will allow you to grow specialised knowledge and expertise within P-Way and signalling, positioning you as a trusted consultant in the rail technical field.
