If so, we have an exciting temporary role for you!Our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic Refuse Loaders in Radcliffe. You will play a crucial role in collecting and disposing of domestic and commercial waste, helping to create a cleaner and greener environment.Working alongside a small team, you'll enjoy the variety of working in different local areas each day. No two days are the same, ensuring an engaging and changing scenery!Your Responsibilities:
- Move bags, wheelie bins, and recycling bins and boxes.
- Operate lifting mechanisms to tip waste from bins into the lorry.
- Throw plastic bags into the back of the lorry.
- Use the truck's hydraulic system to efficiently crush waste.
- Sort recyclable materials at the kerbside.
- Safely guide the driver through the streets.
- Report any issues with waste collections.
- Assist with unloading waste at designated facilities.
What We're Looking For:
- Physically fit individuals ready to lift and dispose of heavy items.
- Ability to operate the truck's hydraulic system.
- Availability for on-call work (hours may vary).
