Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Roofer for a contract position in Bolton with a leading Social Housing company.
The role offers a salary of £33,000, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and overtime paid at enhanced rates.
Candidates must have relevant experience, specifically City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualifications, and a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities include repairs and maintenance, conducting quality checks, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
The position also includes a van and fuel card, with options for call-out rota participation.

For the successful Roofer our client is offering:

33k
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Permanent
Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Roofer

Working throughout Blackburn
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Repairing or maintenance work
Following health and safety rules, particularly regarding working at height
Checking for weather damage
Restocking materials

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Roofer experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
Asbestos Awareness (we can help)
DBS (we can help)
