Description
The key responsibilities of a Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of meetings and events.
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence, and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Complying with all relevant company policies and regulations.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- An academic qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
