Business Development Manager - Multi Utilities
40,000 - 50,000 Per Annum + Bonus (10% - 20%)

Due to continued growth in the North West, our client is looking for a customer focussed individual to join their dynamic Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, whilst identifying and engaging with prospective customers. You will play a key role in the pre-contract process including aspects of the tendering process whilst engaging with all departments in the business to deliver our market leading service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of service and expectations are met
  • Forge strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Facilitate and manage external face to face meetings
  • New customer acquisition and onboarding management
  • Lead generation
  • Engage in strong collaboration between pre and post contract teams
  • Performance management of customers metrics
