I am working alongside a logistics company in the Greater Manchester area who are looking to add a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to their established team. They are a successful local business and are looking to add a payroll & accounts professional to a customer facing role to be a key part of their business day to day.
The client is looking for someone with end to end payroll experience and familiar with accounts from a customer facing background.
Key Duties/Tasks:
* Technical skills: systems preferred (Sage) & excel
* Support the busy payroll & Accounts department
* Working alongside sales to process bookings and offer quotes to customers
* Processing a weekly payroll
* Accounts responsibilities such as processing invoices, conducting checks, dealing with remittances etc.
* Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries.
* Working to multiple deadlines

Normal working hours are 35 hours per week, 09:00am to 4.00pm with 1 hr unpaid break.
