Position: Maths Teacher
Location: Farnworth, UKStart Date: January 2025Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time (Monday to Friday)Salary: £130 - £200 per day, dependent on experience

Math teacher Role Overview:We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Secondary Maths Teacher to join the school's team starting in January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and engage the students in the subject of maths. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to our positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the maths curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Requirements for the Maths teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching maths at the secondary level in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
