Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Biology lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive Science curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Engage with parents and the school community to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Biology or relevant subject area.
- Strong knowledge of the Biology curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
