We are looking for a Service Manager in the Bolton area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or a Workshop Controller/Senior Service advisor looking for that step up! Must possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team of workshop technicians and customer facing aftersales employees. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.
As Service Manager you will hold full responsibility for ensuring the efficient and organised running of the department, implementing processes and procedures that maximise productivity and minimise costs. You will have a solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance and be able to advise customers on any necessary services or repairs.
This role requires an individual who is highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to handle any customer.
£35k Basic
£20k Bonus guaranteed for the first three months
