Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team. In this job role, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and track the progress of students, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
