While Level 3 qualifications are preferred, they will consider candidates with a Level 2 qualification provided you have prior experience working in a similar role.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of lessons and help create an inclusive learning environment.
* Assist in the development of student progress and encourage their academic, social, and emotional growth.
* Offer 1:1 and small group support to students, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.

* A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
* The ability to provide references covering the past 2 years.
