Learning Support Assistant / LSA
Empowering Learning are working closely with a vibrant school in Bolton supporting children and young people who struggle with with SLD, PMLD, autism, wheelchair bound, and complex needs. The ideal candidate should be hands on and confident in delivering care and simplifying activities to children and young people with disabilities.
Requirements
- Experience working with special needs children or adults is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
