As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the registration process with OFSTED.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with OFSTED standards.
- Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
- Ensure the home provides high-quality, child-centred care.
- Develop and manage the home's budget.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.

- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
