Behaviour Support Worker - Bolton

Prospero Teaching are looking for a calm and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils in an excellent secondary school near Bolton.

You will be working with students in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis. This is to support pupils who have been taken out of mainstream lessons due to challenging behaviour.

You don't necessarily need to have school-based experience, sports graduates, sports coaches, youth workers and care workers are also welcome to apply also. We are seeking passionate individuals that have a desire for supporting children with challenging behaviour that may have experienced early life trauma.

Position Details:

  • Location: Bolton
  • Position - Behaviour Support Worker
  • Hours: 8:30am-4pm (during term time)
  • Minimum rate of pay- 100 per day (dependant on experience)
  • Type of work- Temporary
  • Full time/part time - full time only
  • Start date- ASAP
  • End date- Ongoing

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
