Mental Health Service Lead / Engagement Lead. Team Leader, Service Manager, Engagement & Relationship Management.

This is a newly created opportunity to join a pioneering mental health service as Service Lead, in a highly regarded national healthcare organisation.

You will be a compassionate leader, able to inspire others and creative a positive environment based on open communication, trust, and a passion for providing the best possible levels of care. You will have experience working in environment where support is being provider to clients with mental health or complex care conditions, and you will also enjoy working with external partners and stakeholders, including commissioners and the local authorities.

This is an innovative mental health support service, working with young people and children across the area, providing behavioural support and working with the families to allow the children to remain in the family home and get the ongoing support and education they deserve.

Your role will be varied, with a main component of the position being engagement work, ensuring the ongoing promotion of the services andmaximisingreferrals. You will also engage with families, key internal contacts and other partner organisations. As well as the engagement work, you will ensure that the team's workload is managed effectively in line with the referrals into the services, overseeing quality & compliance, and making sure that clients are receiving the best possible standards of care.
