Youth Support Worker
Sennen Education are looking for a Youth Support Worker who is looking to start their career or further their experience working with children and young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is an opportunity to be supportive in the learning journey of children within a fantastic school.
You will play a crucial role in the lives of young people.You will provide emotional and practical support, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their personal goals.
The role is ongoing and long-term roles with immediate start subject to the relevant checks being completed. The role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
To be considered for the role you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 months experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to pay for a new one)
- Provide a CV with up to date employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK

If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, you may be required to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process.
