I am currently recruiting for an exciting Full Stack Developer position with my client, a prominent player in the UK healthcare technology sector. With recent investments including a £10 million automated warehouse facility, they're embarking on an ambitious digital transformation journey.

The RoleYou'll join a forward-thinking development team responsible for modernising and expanding their technology infrastructure. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on both greenfield projects and legacy system improvements, contributing to solutions that make a real difference in healthcare delivery.

As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing applications across multiple platforms, including web applications, desktop solutions, and Windows services. You'll work extensively with RDBMS databases and contribute to the modernisation of legacy systems, while designing and implementing efficient database solutions. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, scalable code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.

Technical RequirementsThe ideal candidate will bring strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8+, demonstrating proficiency in both VB.NET and C#. You should have proven full-stack web development capabilities and be well-versed in SQL Server and T-SQL. Your skill set should include comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in XML/JSON serialization. Strong database design skills, including understanding of normalisation and relationships, are essential. Experience with legacy technologies such as Classic ASP and VBScript would be particularly valuable for this role.

Essential SkillsWe're looking for someone who demonstrates a deep understanding of core software engineering principles, including robust error handling and logging practices.
