Sports Coach - Full-Time, Long-Term
Location: Bolton
Salary: 100 - 110 per day (depending on payroll choice we offer PAYE & Umbrella )
Start Date: February and April start dates available
Simply Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Sports Coach to work within SEND and SEMH Alternative Provision in Bolton. About the Role:
As a Sports Coach, you'll help re-engage students in their education through sports activities and general support as a Teaching Assistant. You'll work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them improve in subjects such as English, Maths, and vocational skills. Many of our students have additional learning needs, such as Autism and ADHD, and require a patient, empathetic approach to learning.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

- Re-engage students in education and help build their confidence
- Collaborate with teachers to create personalised learning experiences
- Support students in developing essential life and academic skills
- Promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment
- Prepare students for life beyond school, developing life skills
What We're Looking For:
- Understanding of vocational education in alternative learning environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability in challenging situations
- Ability to work well as part of a supportive team
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential)
