- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and streamline supply chains.
- Implement lean methodologies and cutting-edge analysis to continuously improve.
- A degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in international supply chain management within Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing.
- A proven track record of improving supplier performance using tools like DMAIC.
- Demonstrated ability to improve Supplier Performance (Delivery and Quality)using appropriate tools and lean methodologies
- The ability to manage a portfolio of suppliers, analyze lead times, and identify bottlenecks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- A knack for identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with SC21 Practitioner principles (a plus!).
- British Citizenship (sole or dual) is required to get SC clearance
