Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our client.
The position is full time, permanent.
Duties:
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
- Implement planning and scheduling of regular maintenance tasks.
- Support production operations across the business.
- Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Address emergency maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilise CMM software for task tracking and maintenance reports.
- Train operators on routine maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
- Hands-on Electrical/Mechanical experience.
- Proven experience in repairing production equipment (experience with dental manufacturing production is advantageous).
- Familiarity with CMMS.
- Experience in conducting PPM on assets.
- Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with repair and maintenance of CNC milling machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and furnaces.
- Experiencein installing new equipment.
- Knowledge of G-code or Dental milling machines is a plus but not essential.
Salary: Up to 39,000 (Dependent on experience).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
