My client is a leading Social Housing Main Contractor delivering Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance Contracts. Currently in need of a Planned Works Supervisor.

Planned Maintenance Supervisor

Duties;

• To provide day to day, on site supervision of works carried out
• Ensuring all contract KPI targets are met
• Overseeing Kitchen and Bathroom and externals / windows scheme.
• Monitoring progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed standard
• Monitoring quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business
• Managing / liaising with a team of Sub-ContractorsResident Liaison Officers to ensure contractual expectations are met along with responsibility for recruitment retention, training and development of employees
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard
• To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
• Working as an integral team member as well as a mentor and coach to apprentices and colleagues

Planned Maintanance Supervisor

Full driving licence will be required.
